With Halloween just around the corner it's good time to be prepared for fall-out from excess treat consumption, effects of cold weather and possible frights from ghastly zombies.

Upset Tummies

Nux vomica 30CH - as the name implies this can be good for vomiting, as well as just generally feeling sick from overindulgence. Think hangover. Child may feel grumpy and irritable. Too many sweets, snacks, alcohol, overeating, Nux vomica can come to the rescue. 

2 pellets as needed up to three doses a day. Don't repeat if remedy is helping unless and until symptoms return.
