Anxiety disorders in children are on the rise. According to Statistics Canada, 2013 data showed that 14.7% of children aged 2-5 exhibited high levels of emotional or anxiety problems. 15% of all children and teens are suffering from anxiety. I think those numbers are staggering.

Defiance and Aggression
The same Stats Canada survey reported that 14.2% of children aged 2-5 years exhibited high levels of aggression, opposition and conduct disorder. That is also a very high number. These kinds of problems are very disruptive to families. Causes are similar to the ones causing anxiety and treatment with homeopathy as well as nutritional interventions, some supplements and herbs may be very effective. Sometimes just common sense is needed, such as more exercise, especially for boys.
Sibling Rivalry
